Optional description (specific rules, caveats, etc.):
The pull up program: Starting at 1 on January 1, 2025, perform 1 pull up. Increase the number of pull ups required per day by 1 (Day 1 is 1, Day 2 is 2, Day 3 is 3, etc). Rest days are allowed (Day 1 is, Day 2 is 2, Day 3 is break, Day 4 is 3, Day 5 is 4). Pull ups can use any mix of pronated or supinated grip. The pull ups can be done any time throughout a given day. A single pull up starts from a dead hang, chin goes above the bar, then back down to a dead hang. No "Kipping"!
