Does this count? https://www.theverge.com/2020/10/8/21507814/waymo-driverless-cars-allow-more-customers-phoenix

Driverless cars by waymo have been on public roads since 2019, https://www.theverge.com/2019/12/9/21000085/waymo-fully-driverless-car-self-driving-ride-hail-service-phoenix-arizona
There are also a few other states that allow self driving cars. https://www.lifewire.com/are-self-driving-cars-legal-4587765 some of these have been on the books for YEARS
I do not know how to resolve this.

Sweden does have states, sadly none of those states are named Sweden https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Provinces_of_Sweden
Maybe he should have went with Småland aka lion shooting a cross bow on its shield state.
